The best birthday gift to give a sneaker head like myself,
would be a pair of sneakers. But what if, you could give someone a cake of a
sneaker that is not going to hit retail stores. That would be the coolest gift
of all time!
For my 30th birthday, my girlfriend surprised me
with the best gift of all-time. She knew that Penny Hardaway was my favorite
basketball player and I love his sneaker’s line. She saw a sneaker cake I posted on Twitter and she decided to replicate the
cake for my birthday. She read a blog post of mine about the Penny Hardaway’s inspired Air Force 1. The shoe is a personalize shoe only for
Penny, so she decided this would be the perfect shoe cake.
This past weekend was by far the best weekend of my life.
The love of my life went out her way to make my birthday special. Thank you
