Miami was in complete control of game number two of the NBA
Finals and it look like the Heat would run away with this game. But King James,
with his Cleveland liked celebration after a big three from Wade, gave Dallas a
spark. After that shot, Dallas went on a 22-5 run that won the game for Dallas.
Dirk was great again. He has shown that he is a proven
leader and no one can call him soft again. The Mavs were down 15 points after
Wade’s three point shot that gave Wade 36 points for the game. They got the key stops and made timely bucks to get even
in this game. Dirk made a huge three to take a three point lead for the Mavs.
The Heat would answer back on an out of bounds play that would end with Mario
Chalmers making a three in the corner off a blown assignment by Jason Terry.
Dirk step up to the plate again, like he has done so many times in
these playoffs. He received the ball at the elbow from Jason Kidd. Dirk took
Chris Bosh to the basket off a spin move that lead him into a left hand layup.
This is the same hand that Dirk has an injured finger, but he still made the
lay-in with 3 seconds on the clock. Wade took a long desperation shot, that did
not go in and the Mavs win game two of the NBA Finals.
